Intern will provide administrative support to the head of school, senior management team, exams officers and teachers, and serve as a member of the whole school team. Principle accountabilities to include:
Providing administrative support for all functioning of the school, including supporting administration of exams/exam officers, managing incoming and outgoing mail, managing daily cash receivables, maintaining confidential information, managing and reordering office supplies, and assisting in maintaining equipment;
Supporting the school’s Duty of Care by tracking and reporting pupil attendance, and processing staff attendance in accordance with safety procedures;
