South Africa has 12 official languages, and fleuncy in any of them may offer more opportunities for your internship placement. However, interns placed through World Endeavors only need to speak English in order to participate in one of our programs.

It’s best to apply for internships in South Africa with World Endeavors at least 16 weeks before your intended start date. Applications are accepted up to a year in advance, and early submission is encouraged to allow time for visa processing and placement coordination.
